As I said in the opening I could not put this book down. See all 27 questions about Easy‚Ķ. I wonder if the person who tagged this as ‘realistic fiction’ was being sarcastic. And then I read the blurb.

I loved this so much! Rape victims go through many different motions depending upon their experiences, backgrounds, knowledge, mental assertions among other wbber. Tragic Herothen you will most likely loooove Lucas, because usually my crusty heart isn’t swayed by these types of guys, and even I grudgingly found him somewhat adorable.

Dealing with subject matter that is raw and stark, Tammara Webber effortlessly balances gritty reality with touching sensitivity. I sobbed, I laughed out loud, I swooned. Only together could they fight the pain and guilt, face the truth – and find the unexpected power of love. As things move forward with both Landon and Lucas, Jaqueline finds out the two suitors share more than a few things in common including their feelings for her.

I guess I am saying a bit too much, but I can’t help it. I basically felt it would have been very easy to have avoided most of the problems and angst of this book by simple communication.
